Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your label has been created.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Rift Bio Labs ships to all 50 U.S. states except where restricted at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 2–5 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout where applicable.
Free Shipping
All domestic orders of $300 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $300 ship for a flat rate of $9.99, and expedited service is $35. Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout once your order meets the threshold.
International Shipping (Canada Only)
Canada is our only international shipping destination. All Canadian orders ship for a flat rate of $35 USD, regardless of order value. The domestic free-shipping offer does not apply to Canada. We compare available tracked carrier rates through Shippo when creating the label and select the cheapest available option. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, and customs clearance may cause additional delays.
The $35 charge covers shipping only. Canadian import duties, taxes (including GST/HST/PST), customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and any additional carrier charges are the purchaser's responsibility and are not included in the checkout total.
Canadian Customs & Seizure Acknowledgment
The purchaser is responsible for confirming that the products may legally be imported into Canada and for providing any information or documentation required by customs. Customs authorities may inspect, delay, detain, or seize a shipment. Rift Bio Labs is not responsible for customs delays, detention, seizures, duties, taxes, or clearance fees.
Orders detained or seized by customs will not be refunded or reimbursed, including shipping charges. International shipping is entirely at the buyer's own risk and expense. Canadian buyers must explicitly acknowledge these terms at checkout before placing an order.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the exterior. Research peptides are packed securely to prevent transit damage.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided by email once your shipping label is created. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, contact support@riftbiolabs.com with your order number.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Rift Bio Labs is not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Packages returned as undeliverable due to address errors may be reshipped at the customer's expense. No refunds are issued for undeliverable packages.
Carrier Delays
Once a package is in the possession of the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. Rift Bio Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or customs holds. We are not able to issue refunds for carrier delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Rift Bio Labs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact your carrier directly. For packages lost in transit (never scanned), contact support@riftbiolabs.com and we will open a carrier investigation.
